About Marta, Founder of Aviva Flow

Marta is a trained practitioner of the Aviva Method, a diastase recti trainer, and a certified yoga instructor. She grew up in Hungary and lived in London before moving to Los Angeles. She was drawn to the Aviva Method by her own struggles with hormonal balance and wellness.

Marta founded Aviva Flow to help women who want to become mothers but who have struggled with fertility. She seeks to bring the Aviva Method to women in Los Angeles, offering a time- tested, natural alternative to the standard costly regime for fertility that too often involves drug- based interventions or invasive procedures.

She created Aviva Flow as a nurturing community for women who want to learn more about a natural, holistic approach to wellness and hormonal balance.
