The Aviva Method exercises are conducted to music, and are similar in difficulty to a low impact, low intensity “aerobics” class (albeit with highly specialized exercises and movements calibrated to improve hormonal flow).
After successfully completing your workshop, you will be given a set of follow-on practice exercises (with each practice session lasting approximately thirty minutes and usually to be done 2-3 times a week depending on your specific issue). These follow-on practice exercises can be done on your own at home or on a guided-basis with an instructor.
